Frequently asked

Do I need to be present in the Balkans? +
No. The entire operation is managed by ZURO. You can be anywhere in the world — we handle all logistics, communication, and handovers locally. You just receive monthly income reports and payments.
What happens if the camper gets damaged? +
Renters sign a rental agreement and pay a security deposit. Campers are covered by renter-side insurance for the duration of each trip. Scheduled maintenance is your responsibility, while damage-related repairs are handled through insurance claims with our guidance.
Can I use the camper for personal trips? +
Yes — you can block dates for personal use with prior notice. We recommend doing this outside peak season to maximise your income, but ultimately it's your vehicle and your decision.
How and when do I receive my earnings? +
Payments are made monthly — within the first 5 business days of the following month. You receive a full breakdown of bookings, days rented, gross revenue, and your net share. Payment is made via bank transfer or other agreed method.
What camper models do you recommend? +
We work with VW California (T5/T6), Mercedes V-Class Marco Polo, and selected Ford Transit/Peugeot Boxer conversions. Each has a different purchase price and daily rate. We help you choose the best model based on your budget and target ROI.
Is there a minimum contract period? +
Our standard partnership agreement is 12 months, renewable. After that period, you can renegotiate terms, switch to self-management, or sell the vehicle — we can assist with the sale as well.
